| Sumario: | The article discusses the developmental programs for education as initiated in Redlands, California. The education objective of Redlands is to mold mature students who has integrated personalities such as the intellectual, emotional, spiritual, and the physical characteristics. Development programs were planned in providing an environment that will energize and enrich all forms of student's personality such as admissions. This will focus on requirements that concerns on fitness for college works on students. Reintegration were also done by grouping college work into five divisions as well as having personnel officers to monitor students' traits, achievements, and interests, and conducting honors tutorials.
