Sumario:The article focuses on the concept of individual teaching and learning. In a conventional classroom, it is usually seen that the teacher never has a chance to be alone with one child because she has to attend to many of them. There is scarcely any chance for her to closely examine one child and his progress. Individual teaching can challenge the role of a therapist as against the role of a teacher. Personalized teaching is one of the oldest learning technologies that focuses on the solving of a child's learning problem.
