| Summary: | The article presents information on the problems of educationally disadvantaged students. The educationally disadvantaged students are usually seen as children of the poor who have not been able to benefit from the instructional procedures and the language commonly used in schools. Despite governmental efforts to upgrade educational offerings to children of the poor, the learning problems of many of these children still persist. Some believe that the interaction between the teacher and students holds the key to effective teaching. While others believe that child's learning style holds the key to the problem. |
