Discrete Thermal Patterns of Hydrogen and Deuterium Molecules Enclathrated in Confined Hydrate Cages.
The article reports on the synthesis of two different clathrate hydrates of THF + H and THF + D and comparison of their neutron diffraction patterns. It is indicated that the dissociation behaviors of H and D was examined by determining the diffraction sequences in different temperatures. Results sh...

| Sumario: | The article reports on the synthesis of two different clathrate hydrates of THF + H and THF + D and comparison of their neutron diffraction patterns. It is indicated that the dissociation behaviors of H and D was examined by determining the diffraction sequences in different temperatures. Results show that the major differences in the neutron scattering lengths are noted to be the cause for the unusual dissociation manner. |
