Sumario:The article reports on the study of the synthesis of fluorine-18 nanoparticles as vivo molecular imaging agents. It aims to examine the limits of enhanced permeability and retention effect (EPR effect) and to determine the possible nanoparticle size for tumor targeting. It also uses the ring opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP) to produce low polydispersity amphiphilic block copolymers of the cinnamoyl group.
