Sumario:	An essay is presented on the three versions of Simonides' Corinthian Epigram in the three separate texts such as Olympian 13 by Pindar, De malignitate Herodite 871A-B by Pseudo-Plutarch, and Deipnosophistai by Athenaeus. The epigram centers on a group of women who prayed to Aphrodite during the Persian invasions. It states that Olympian 13 mentions Theopompus, Deipnosophistai cites Chamaeleon, and De malignitate Herodite 871A-B shows no original sources in explaining the origin of the epigram.
