Sumario:The article discusses sentiment analysis algorithms used to identify and assess opinions found online as well as to create computational models of human opinion. Customer opinions have become a type of virtual currency that can make or break the products made by companies, the author states. Also known as opinion mining or subjectivity analysis, sentiment analysis allows for written expressions of subjective mental states.
