Sumario:Before beginning to translate a literary work, the translator has to understand the exact meaning of the text and the intention of the enunciator and he/she has to share with the author the entire communication situation in order to take this role in the translation operation where he must rephrase the message for the addressees belonging to a different linguistic community than that including the first addressee.
