| Sumario: | The article discusses a court case wherein the appellant issued a guilty plea to charges of allegedly obtaining restricted access to a computer data, which is in violation of section 1 of the Computer Misuse Act 1990, following a ruling by justices on section 11(4) in Great Britain. The justices asserted the lack of basis for stating that the proceedings were out of time since they are prevented by the section from examining a certificate presented by a prosecutor. Also analyzed is the judgment of the Divisional Court in the case Morgans versus DPP. |
