| Sumario: | The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of female teachers on the attitude and achievement of students enrolled in Title IX classes. Fifteen female teachers and their 419 students participated in this study. Students were administered pretests and posttests in attitude and motor skill achievement. The results indicate that there is a significant decline in student attitude in these classes and there is a significant difference between male and female students in the achievement measures employed. In addition, male students scored significantly higher than female students on the measures employed. |
