Sumario:A study was conducted to test the hypothesis that a pretraining computer self-efficacy measure would be a significant predictor of learning outcomes and self-concept changes in a computer skills training program for people with physical disabilities. Results supported the hypothesis. Subjects' pretraining computer self-efficacy, pretraining self-concept, and pretraining computer skills level accounted for 72 percent of the variance in the training outcomes in terms of self-concept changes and computer skills learning outcomes.
