Sumario:A review of ToolBook Version 3.0. The additional features that improve the package's suitability for authoring economics Computer-Based Learning courseware are examined; improvements in performance, connectivity, ease of authoring, and ease of distribution are considered; and the process of upgrading courseware from version 1.5 to version 3.0 is discussed.
