| Sumario: | In this study, the behaviour and opinion of Tourism-Hotel Management and Cookery Department students studying at Afyon Kocatepe University, Afyon Vocational School about "Cookery Practice Courses" were tried to be determined. In order to determine the behaviour and opinion regarding "Cookery Practice Courses" of the said two department students, a questionnaire prepared by researchers and was applied on 97 students. In this study, first of all, the frequency and percentage values concerning answers to the questionnaire are given. In order to evaluate the results further at the analysis stage, two independent sampling t-test were applied to determine if there were opinion difference among the students according to sex, education and department. One-Way ANOVA was applied to find out if there was opinion difference among students according to their cumulative GPA. One of the results of the t-test applied revealed that, according to the answers given to the questions, there was no difference between female students and male students. It was also determined that there was answer difference in just one question (among Morning Class and Evening Class students.
