Sumario:	The article discusses the importance of cooperation between schools and community agencies in resolving achievement gap in the U.S. It recognizes the significance of the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB), which empowers schools to eliminate the achievement gap in the country. However, it asserts that addressing school learning problems cannot be resolved by schools alone rather, with the help of community agencies to implement strategies that attack both educational and environmental factors.
