Se analiza la revista Aurora de Chile, creada por Pablo Neruda, en cuyos números de los años 1938-1939, hizo una defensa de los judíos perseguidos en Alemania nazi, en el contexto de la lucha antifascista que se experimentaba en la guerra civil española, 1936-1939. La revista, además de apoyar intelectualmente la causa republicana, informó de la persecución y exterminio de los judíos en Europa. Y denunció las ideas racistas en la vida pública chilena.
