      ab: The increasing integration of artificial intelligence (AI)–enabled technologies in higher education is reshaping how students approach academic tasks. While AI tools offer potential benefits such as enhanced efficiency and improved learning experiences, their adoption raises important questions about usage patterns, perceptions, and challenges among students. This study explored how students in health administration program engage with AI-enabled technologies through a two-phase approach. Phase 1 involved a survey to assess 132 students’ use of AI tools, perceived benefits, and concerns, while Phase 2 consisted of four qualitative focus group interviews to provide deeper insights into their experiences and perspectives. Findings suggest that while AI tools are widely used to support academic work, students navigate both opportunities and challenges in integrating these technologies. As AI continues to evolve, academic institutions must establish clear guidelines and structured AI literacy programs to ensure students can engage with these technologies in a way that enhances learning while upholding academic integrity.
