An error in Figure 3, where data from Figure 2 was duplicated, misrepresented the control group data; however, the authors assert that the scientific conclusions remain unchanged. The corrected figure shows significant reductions in fasting glucose, total cholesterol, and triglycerides among participants in the intervention group after 12 weeks of supplementation, while changes in glycated hemoglobin were not significant.
