| Sumario: | The article discusses the value of programmed learning as a teaching aid in higher education in the U.S. Teachers may get to know their students better because they will have more time to observe classroom performance and conduct needed guidance work. Programmed instruction may be used for the acceleration of bright students. The said instruction may be used by students who have failed certain subjects without need of repeating attendance. Programmed instruction could validate the results of learning from laboratory exercises and community work. |
