| Sumario: | The article presents a study to evaluate the teaching improvement programs of college instruction by focusing on the qualitative changes in teaching performance and faculty satisfaction in two quasi-experimental studies in the U.S. The first study revealed that the faculty are very satisfied with the teaching consultation procedure and view it as an effective method for working to improve their teaching. In addition, the students of experimental group instructors indicated more positive change in teaching skill performance over the semester compared to students of control group instructors. The second study supported the validity of the first study. |
