According to the superintendents, homogeneous grouping makes differentiation of courses of study without resorting to individual instruction. It enables the teacher to adapt methods of teaching to meet the needs of varying groups. The competition is keener, and pupils work up to their capacities, resulting to a better work. It also prevents the development of inferiority complex. |
