While consultative service and technical assistance were being provided to a school system in Southeast Georgia as continuous progress programs are implemented systemwide, with an equal emphasis on mainstreaming, significant progress has been made at a pilot school. Long range goals for staff development and the general objectives for a continuous progress model and its mainstreaming program are stated.
