| Sumario: | This study had as objective of reporting the monitoring experience with teaching-learning strategy used in the module Handle that occurs in second grade nursing course at the State University of Londrina. All phases were describe involving monitoring, since the edict for selection, training and development of an experience implemented in the year 2013. The conclusion is how important is the role of monitoring as methodological strategy of teaching and learning for all involved. For the monitor by itself is a unique opportunity to seek, improve and share knowledge with other colleagues. For teachers has been a facilitator to form the interrelationship between the teacher, the monitor and the students participating in the module and to patients because it will be students with greater care to develop procedures based on completeness, in ethical and human values. Este estudo teve como objetivo relatar a experiência da monitoria com estratégia de ensino-aprendizagem utilizada no módulo Práticas do Cuidar que ocorre na 2 série do curso de Enfermagem da Universidade Estadual de Londrina. Foram descritas todas as fases que envolvem a monitoria, desde o edital para seleção, capacitação e desenvolvimento de uma experiência implementada no ano de 2013. Concluiu-se o quão importante é o papel da monitoria como estratégia metodológica de ensino-aprendizagem para todos os envolvidos, para os monitores propriamente é uma oportunidade ímpar para buscar, aprimorar e dividir os conhecimentos com outros colegas de estudo, para os docentes tem sido uma forma facilitadora para o interrelacionamento entre o docente, o monitor e os estudantes participantes do módulo e para os pacientes, pois serão cuidados por estudantes com maior preparo para desenvolver os procedimentos pautados na integralidade, nos valores éticos e humanos. |
