| Sumario: | This article studies the presence of gastronomy in Cartes d'Itàlia (1955) by Josep Pla. Based on the possible incentives that prompted Pla to write a second writing based on Italy's cuisine, the content of this is briefly described, as well as the role of regional cuisine when defining a territory. Next, the various rewriting processes to which the article was subjected, until it was integrated into Cartes d'Itàlia, are analysed. Finally, thanks to the literary reworking, changing aspects of Pla's thinking about the gastronomy of Italy are highlighted. The annex incorporates the transcription of all the variants. En aquest article s'estudia la presència de la gastronomia a Cartes d'Itàlia (1955) de Josep Pla. A partir dels possibles incentius que van impulsar Pla a redactar un segon escrit sobre la cuina d'Itàlia, es descriu breument el contingut d'aquest, així com el paper decisiu de la cuina a l'hora de definir un territori. Tot seguit, s'analitzen els diversos processos de reescriptura a què va ser sotmès l'article, fins que va ser integrat a Cartes d'Itàlia. Finalment, gràcies a la reelaboració literària, es posen en relleu aspectes canviants del pensament de Pla entorn de la gastronomia d'Itàlia. L'annex incorpora la transcripció de totes les variants. |
