| Sumario: | The article discusses a model for evaluating class sessions using a one-page student feedback or evaluation form and single-subject design as an analysis model. The model would be a great help to those instructors who find difficulty in evaluation of performance in classroom teaching. Most methods of evaluating teaching effectiveness do not involve individual student's educational needs. The instructor has no means to assess during the course whether the individual students are learning, are having problems, or are finding the course a success or failure. A method is presented to provide instructors with an evaluative procedure that gauges the progress of the course as estimated by individual students. The procedure allows the instructor to track student opinions anonymously and make specific interventions to correct problems of individual students. The instructor can then address individual student's concerns before those concerns turn into problems that affect the final teaching evaluation of the instructors.
